BAXTALY — The Blessed Woman
Healing | Ancestral Wisdom | Sacred Leadership
Vanessa Rich is the founder of Baxtaly NFP — a nonprofit rooted in sacred service, intuitive healing, and trauma-informed spiritual care for women and communities in transition.
As a woman of Romani heritage, Vanessa embodies the legacy of the Gypsy Fortune Teller — not as a stereotype, but as a reclaiming of ancestral wisdom, intuitive power, and divine feminine leadership.
Her work is about making space for what has long been exiled: the healer, the mystic, the spiritually gifted women especially those who’ve been told their gifts are “too much” or not enough.
With over 18 years of experience guiding women through anxiety, depression, burnout, and spiritual disconnection, Vanessa creates healing spaces that are both grounded and sacred.
Whether offering a house blessing, a retreat session in a hospital break room, or a 1:1 intuitive healing session, she brings tenderness, clarity, and fierce devotion to her client’s path of healing.
Her nonprofit — BAXTALY, meaning “blessed woman” in Romani — is more than a name. It’s a declaration: that healing is sacred, that women’s stories matter, and that we all deserve to feel safe, seen, and spiritually supported as we rise.
